Qatar Duty Free (QDF) is one of the largest duty-free retailers in the world, providing travellers with a world-class shopping experience under one roof. QDF boasts more than 90 elegant boutiques as well as luxury, high-end and mid-range stores and outlets. Additionally, QDF offers more than 30 restaurants and cafés covering an area of 40,000 square metres at Hamad International Airport. Some of the most prominent luxury brands available include Tiffany & Co., Gucci, Bulgari, Hermès, Hugo Boss, Moncler, Rolex and Harrods.

The Hotel has introduced various eco-friendly initiatives to achieve a more sustainable future. Some of these initiatives include:

• Replacement of Plastic Water Bottles: Introduction of Eco bottles that are completely recyclable and with bio-based cap (composed of cane sugar)
• Bamboo room keycards: Replacement of any plastic room keycards
• Various guest amenities made out of Bamboo and starch (such as comb, dental kit, shaving kit etc.)
• Removal of Plastic bottled bathroom amenities: Switching to Eco Pure PET bottles
• Use of recycled paper: Not only have we removed the usage of paper where possible, we also use recycled paper for all hotel printing collaterals and operations.
